    Well thats a tough choice but i would choose either Unai Emery or Xavi, after pep leaves in 2020

    That second to last option should have been "Pep will continue to for another 20 years" because "Pep will continue adding one year extensions on his contract for 20 years" would have been too long.

    I would love Oscar Garcia, true cule and making exceptional work with Juvenil A
    in ~20 years I would say, Busquets with Xavi as his assistant, Valdes as GK coach and Puyi as someone high in ranks

    I have liking the idea of Joachim Löw, it will be just enough of change to what pep is doing, but not too far.

    Pep would be a fool to quit or retire. He can become the greatest manager in history with the club's resources and La Masia behind him.

    He could improve on his scouting though.
