CL: Milan - Barca 2-3

So I was on a beach for a week and totally missed this and any other games. Could someone give me a brief recap?

My question is, what were you doing on a beach for the past week whilst Barca were playing Milan?

its not stage, how can it be staged when its live?? crudelli is a die hard milan fan, and their is another guy the inter fan he is the same, the only two who make the show worth watching. Crudelli is always like that though even when he is in the stadium and commentating a match

I think you're confusing rotation with experimentation.

Rotation is the process of rotating players in and out of a consistent system, not changing the whole system game in game out. Trying different formations and changing the system every other games, playing Keita in DM, now that is experimenting. Should Pep be rotating? Of course he should, why else would you buy 2 players of Mr.Sex and Cesc's caliber if you're not planning to? However he could very well achieve this without changing things around way too much in such a short period of time like he's currently doing, to the point where we have yet to find our rhythm this far into the season.

I don't see how insisting on playing 3-4-3 against teams that easily exploit it, or playing Keita in DM will help us when that fixture pile-up arrives. Pep should stick to the 4-3-3 and rotate players within the positions already established in that system, or slightly adjust it in some cases. Now this form of rotation will get us through the pile-up nicely, what he is currently doing will only cause more disarray during such an intense stage in our season.

You also mentioned how our last season 4-3-3 line-up could easily find its rhythm at any given time. However you disregarded the fact that the line-up you suggested might not be our strongest one anymore. Pep needs to decide on his strongest line-up, and start playing the core players of that line-up more consistently, while rotating those who he feels are not set in stone in the strongest S11. It is crucial to give the core of our strongest line-up a consistent run of games before the business end of the season.

Great game. The atmosphere in San Siro was also excellent. Very friendly atmosphere as expected between the two seets of fans and mutual respect.

Will post some pictures later from the match when I manage to upload them on my Apple. (just returned home from California)
