I guess someone had pointed this out but Fifa's probably trying to balance the Messi monopoly a bit so others can have a chance too

Yeah they didn't put Messi's best goal of the season in there which would have sealed it for him. Although, even then, that Neymar goal was futuristic shit. It was great.
