We can say all we want about how average these players are but Sampaoli decision not playing Dybala Icardi and not even selecting Higuain for such a crucial match is shocking. How the hell do bench these players when it was clear from the beginning that Benedetto was out of his depth. His subs were also shocking. The only reason Arg didnt win today was because of Sampaoli

If Argentina won with extra goal than Peru (like Agentina beat Ecuador 2-0 and Peru beat Col 1-0) do they get at least play-off spot?

Peru and Colombia are ahead of Argentina and they meet in the last game meaning both have to win. Argentina winning will get them ahead of any of those two and into a playoff spot or even a direct place if Brazil beat Chile and Colombia and Peru draw.

Which means Argentina winning books them at least a playoff place if not direct place if other results go their way.
