Eastern European grass has always been tough for Barca to show their best, I do not expect easy match nor do I see us scoring loads of goals.

Barca should win this one but clubs from eastern europe can throw up nasty surprises at times. At least the away fixture is relatively early in the group stage (and not, say, in November when it's likely to be an awful lot colder and snowier).

BATE isn't Rubin Kazan. Should be a walk in the park.

Sure we can win this easily.

    But we must be careful.

I am really sad that we have to beat this lovely little team, which with very limited resources and with only 2 foreigners in their whole squad have reached the CL stage for the 2nd time in their history.

Yeah, but watch pulling out random stuff like:

    "We won't underestimate them."
"They are Belorussian champions after all."
"They managed to draw with Juventus, that shows their quality."
"Easter Europe is always a hard place for us."

    Etc.

Would be happy with a scrappy win, away from home
Being a part of FC Barcelona makes me feel like a born Catalan. When I see Barca play I do not see just a sport from them but I see a Country's pride, prestige and passion. FC Barcelona has given me great joy and happiness in the darkest times of my Life. I will forever be indebted for this great club for which I will support and stand by its side even after my story ends.

Thank You FC Barcelona. I LOVE YOU.

It was a group consisting of Real Madrid, Juventus, Zenit and Bate.

I thought a Madridista such as yourself would remember...

Juventus eventually topped that group but without beating Bate.
