Tutorial for changing half lenght:

Open Notepad and write this:

SKIP_BOOTFLOW=1
DIFFICULTY=2
HALF_LENGTH=10

You can change the numbers however you like. Leave the first part alone (it will skip the intro, but DON'T CHANGE IT otherwise the whole thing won't work). Difficulty set to 0 is amateur, 1 is Semi-Pro and so on (you can change it in the game too). Set HALF_LENGHT to 5 or 10 (minutes).

Save the file as "rna.ini" and put it in the "game" folder in the installation directory.

The camera angles a lot better than the previous one.

The passing and dribbling also feels a lot more fluid,I like the way the full backs now go foward more in this game as well.

I don't get what this contain feature does though when your defending,but I like the way you can jockey and run at the same time now.

Playing as Barca feels more realistic now as the players interchange positions and there's more movement by your players when your in possession of the ball.

Also like the fact they have real pics of the players faces on the menu now.

This game is fantastic. Fucking love it. so realistic. Still havent got used to the new tactical defending system, but i'll get there.

The only thing they havn't fixed is the tactics menu,it takes ages just to change players positions,you have to save your formation for some reason.

this demo sucks balls. hard to control, and all the balls bouncing off of a player ALWAYS ends up at our opponent's feet. some how Xavi dribbling at low speed is same as dribbling at full speed making it hard to control the ball and making it give that extra "touch" making the ball fly away from your player's feet. Major overhaul needed for this game to be better than last year's. And the passing still sucks.

Fifa 11 was bad and was ridiculously easy...Fifa 12 feels much more realistic and actually takes skill. The final game probably won't be like the demo anyway. Last year in the Fifa 11 demo, it was impossible to score and get past the opposition, and the final game was pretty much the opposite.

Having played the demo...

Wow. I was not expecting something this good. Probably the most impressive Sports game demo I've ever seen, and this is no hyperbole. They took the best parts of FIFA 11, got rid of some of the worst, somehow made it MORE realistic, added a new, excellent defending game (that's going to take time to get used to, but adds a whole new dimension of tactics) and shiny new menu system, and damn.

I'm very, very impressed.

I'm preordering it right now.

The demo is indeed very good, the through balls are a gazillion times better & you can pull off some sexy moves

Having played the demo...

Yeah, very impressed with the demo also. Was making some sexy runs with Messi and scored a beautiful goal with Villa which looked exactly like one of his, so that sold it to me instantly.

Am I the only one who thinks that Alexis is better than Messi? You can make more skills (5 star player), sometimes has some crazy passes and I can shoot way better with him. On the other hand Messi's agility is... WOW. You can go past the GK just by changing direction.

First time I've ever thought anything other than "meh.." with a fifa game. Maybe this is the one to finally beat Pro for me.

I'm surprised you guys like it. What difficulty do you guys play it on? I played it on world class and the AI's positioning is way too good and they intercept most of your balls and outdribble your players...

They've added David Villa's famous goal celebration from the world cup to the game, a highlight in an already promising game. Wish he'd do it at barcelona!
