Am I the only one who wished that you could watch a football match without sports commentators?
You could turn your TV on high volume and just enjoy the stadium atmosphere.

I've watched one Real match without a commentator when it was a mourning day and it was really enjoyable. Spanish or Al Jazeera commentators are generally passionate, but at times they are freaking annoying with their stories. GolTV guy was hilarious. He started to talk about growing potatoes during the match when the other guy brought up the state of pitch's surface

when i have to chooce - i pick without commentary any day. but it's very hard to find those streams. i have last years inter milan match at home and that was simply amazing.

although i enjoy some spanish commetators too. english commentators are the worse. theres never a match where the don't say that premier league is the best league in the world and has better pace and tempo etc. yesterday i saw switzerland - spain with tyler/smith and they talked more about england than about the game!

I don't care if they talk rubbish or not. I just hate it that you can't listen to the chants and the atmosphere.
If you listen to Carlos Martinez or Ray Hudson the atmosphere might be even better. But you should be able to have a choice if you want to watch the game with commentators or not.
I wonder why TV stations don't offer the option to switch out the commentators soundtrack. If that's technical not possible then I wonder why there is no TV station that just offers games without commentators. It's a market niche and it would be even cheaper for them because they wouldn't have to pay the commentators.
Well, if you or somebody else finds that stream again then maybe you can tell us the name of the TV station. Btw, you watch streams? I always thought you have subscription TV because your videos have such a high quality. If I watch streams they always lag and sometimes the quality is not good but your videos are always fluent and usually in HD.

i only wish i have tv where to watch the games. sometimes i'm so pissed about the stearms cuz i have pretty slow network and the streams froze all the times and the quality ain't very nice too. i've lived with that for 4 years now. but on the bright side , that helped actually me to see the game on a different angle. you see actually more aspects of the game when it's stopped for a moment (all the formations, anticipating where the next pass are going etc, the things that you might not notice when watching on tv)

and btw, this is tecnically deinately possible to show games with stadium feed, but unfortunately that would never happen because the minority still wants to hear the commentators...

here in switzerland you can purchase digital tv called "swisscom tv" (or "teleclub sport"). if you're watching a footballgame you can turn off the commentator and choose "stadium atmosphere only". this + surround sound = best! this function exists since 3 or 4 years

I do love that - I watched the CL Final with stadium only sound...BTW, when looking for caps, if you come across HD Suisse ones, they usually include the stadium sound only track - it is probably the best res of HD in Europe, too...Still prefer the TF1 commentators to the Suisse french ones, more animated

I love Switzerland. Everytime I think "that's the way it should be" - Switzerland does it like this.

That's why I moved here, tbh
