He's (in)famous for not giving a damn about friendships or seniority if a player is not good enough. Guy want to implement his vision and win.

He benched Nuri Sahin in his last season at BVB which made some of their dumbass German players to dislike him. And now you see where they ended up.

My kind of manager. You perform well and work hard or else you're out regardless of your reputation or standing in the squad.

Tuchel is not a WC manager, but a very talented one whose work at BVB is really underrated as you can see now with the mess they're in.

As Xavi once said; man management is everything in modern football coaching, if you can't do it you are destined for failure.
He will need to upgrade his old self in that regard, other wise it will end just like BVB

He can learn like Pep did, but still be as demanding and ruthless when it comes to players. Depends on whether the club supports him. Most of the players in BVB loved him. Only a few of the experienced guys like Sahin, Weidenfeller and a couple of others got mad because an underperforming mediocre Sahin was dropped for a game.

He had most of his issues with Watzke for how he apparently pushed the team to play after a maniac tried to bomb their bus.

Not all that shocking, Alves is nowhere near what he once was and Kurzawa and Yuri are just meh. That leaves Meunier, and from what people say he's a defensive liability and struggles against pacy players.

So, any news on transfers?
Surely, they have to buy another superstar or two to make people forget their embarassing season?

Embarassing season ?

Won all domestic titles possible + lost vs the UCL winner. I know thousand clubs which would love that kind of shameful season.

FIY, the club is waiting for FFP decisions after Tebbas cried a lot last year.

There is no competition in France, be honest.

After spending 400 millions, and buying 3rd best player in the world, they couldn't beat the worst RM side in years.

This was an embarassing season for PSG.

it wasn't.

Yes, first leg, without the bad decision on Kroos ofsside, the result is different. But Paris had no excuse for the second leg ...

No teams were able to beat the worst RM ...

Wow, how deluded are you if you dont see how your club is flopping hard in the competition they want the most since your owner bought the club.

For chelsea since abramovich it took 9'years to take CL trophy, and before that they were doing great in CL, they played in strong legaue which prepared them for CL, psg doesnt have that, so i dont see PSG soon as a contender, actually i dont see them at all with CL trophy, if domestic legaue become stronger, then maybe, but it will not happen

That will satisfy it for season 2017/18.

The issue will be consistently doing that while trying to build a squad.

yep, but UEFA evaluates year after year. For this year it's ok, so rendez-vous next year... This decision is just to calm down old clubs inclunding Tebbas. Paris knows to buy and knows to sell.
