Your reporting is only half of the story:
- Lavezzi was at war with Laurent Blanc before the winter mercato, because Blanc is very unhappy with pocho's performances (and for once he's right, Lavezzi is awful)
- Lavezzi spends most of his nights drinking in VIP parisian clubs. His lifestyle is horrible. It stopped under Carlo, but he did it again since Blanc was appointed coach.
- Lavezzi snubbed PSG's stage in early january. He stayed in Uruguay and pretended it was because he wanted to take care of his family.
- Problem is, his fans spotted him in night clubs there in Uruguay and posted photos on twitters where you can see him dancing and drinking all nights.
- Blanc got extremely angry after that and asked Nasser to sell him.
- Nasser and Olivier Letang reviewed the situation and saw that they could only sell him for 10M euros while taking charge of his salary for another full year even if he leaves.
- Nasser and Létang dropped the idea of selling him because it doesn't worth the effort and they can't recruit anyone good enough for 10M euros.

Oh and Le_Parisien also added that Blanc can't do everything he wants because the south american players and ibra are all friends with Lavezzi.
As I said in the marquinhos thread, those "clans" are a huge problems at PSG and unless you appoint a dictator like Carlo Ancelotti as coach, it can't work.

No.
MU and all the big clubs asked or even offered money to PSG but the answer is still No.
PSG is not planning to sell him this january. PSG is not planning to sell him this summer either.
Now if Marquinhos pressures PSG, he might be sold, but only this summer.

PSG played tonight and here where they are 15 days before facing Chelsea:
- Still no clear tactics
- Cavani can't even control a ball nor even make good passes. His attempts at scoring are horrible, and when he's trying to defend, he commits fouls.
- Ibra seems to have lost it. he's walking, not doing anything. When he can do a simple pass, he tries something spectacular but it ends up being awful.
- Lavezzi is a lost cause.
- Pastore is injured.
- DL is a joke. Motta, same.
- Verratti is doing average and don't seem to be in good terms at all with Blanc. Blanc trashed him a bit during the press conf post game.
- Blanc
+ Marquinhos now plays as a regular as RB and is doing great. He's the best psg player since september and had to wait almost 6 months to become a regular.
+ TS is back at a good level. Let's see if he can even go higher.
Unless a miracle happens, it's done.

He did awful at PSG since he arrived minus when he played against Barca 'when PSG won 3-2).
He then almost didnt play at all because VdW was a bit better, but VdW started to do beyond awfull too and then got injured.
Right now VdW is still injured but will have a hard time getting back his starter slot (unless Blanc is a retard and benches marquinhos for no reason)
Aurier is still playing in the africa cup at the moment.
