It's not going to happen because his abilities primarily depends on other players. He needs a big striker up front, needs quick players to give him the freedom to move around and inside the box, and needs other players to excel in passing so he can "beat players" through link up. Aside from his excellent finishing technique and intelligence off the ball, Griezmann doesn't have too many skills that highly depend on individual ability.
Yes football is a team sport but some players depend on the players around them a lot more than others do. Players like Neymar and Dembele can dribble past the opposition with ease and either create a shot on target or a final pass, whereas in other to create chances Griezmann needs the cooperation of other players through 1-2s.
He'd be fine if we had two starting wingers and a pure 9, he'd be fine if he was capable of playing as a striker. But since these things aren't the case, he's not going to have the effect some users here are expecting him to have. It'll be more of the same: he won't be able to beat players 1 on 1, he'll constantly pass back instead of putting in quality through balls and crosses, and he won't be running behind defenses as much. He'll be mostly lethargic with moments of brilliance because he is a quality player, just not the right type for this team.
