Minimal mistakes and precision, not vidals strengths. Liverpool is going to be weary of the attacking ability of barca and will be much more cautious than many on this forum realize. With these defenses goals will be a premium and mistakes massive.

If you want to get an idea how Klopp will set up look at Man City/PSG/Bayern/Tottenham at Anfield. Liverpool will likely slightly yield possession. Klopp I think will try to win 1-0. Cede some possession, very organized in defense and apply some pressure in their own half, and hit the counter off mistakes, very little to at most a few opportunistic geigenpress (e.g., if we have a thrown in deep in our own corners). That will be the game plan because he will so respect Messi and Barca's attacking prowess.

Depends on the first leg. If they are 2 goals down going into the home leg Liverpool will surely attack more.

Vidal just ran past Rakitic there to get onto the through ball near their box and ran past him again to make a tackle after they broke away .. all in the space of about 15 seconds lol

Did he ran past some other teammates or only Rakitic, on both ends of a field?

Was somewhere else on a field also?

they're both box-to-box midfielder so that's why the comparison was made. and vidal puts in way more effort than rakitic, thus he should ahead of him at anfield

easier choice beteween him and buskets.
i would start rakitic arthur vidal vs liverpool both home and away

Yeah because you clearly haven't seen how easily Busquets is blown away in tough cl games in the past few years. Vidal over Rakitic AND Busquets in Cl.

Just emphasising that is so much more committed and mobile than Rakitic and deserves to start ahead of him IMHO .

I'd use Raki as a late sub to slow things down when the game is nearly won ..
