when Pique has Puyol next to him he is, without a doubt, one of the very best centre backs in world football...

but he needs that really strong, reliable figure there with him to get the best out of him, he relaxes and just plays his game...

as Meta said, he is still only 24 years old...he will grow into a leader more and more with time...

He got lucky twice, once he lost the ball near his box but did not mount to much, the other one was when he lost he ball almost in the same area, a Madrid player was running with it but Puyol gets on his knees and a foul is called. No idea why.
