He's also achieved the status of Best player and MVP of the Italian League last year and the age of just 22 . If he can run wild against the Italian defences what will he be able to do against the Spanish defences ??
Have you even watched Sanchez this season? And I mean the majority of the games, not just highlights or the Palermo game. He's great, no doubt, but there's no way he touches Pedro at the moment. Look at what Pedro has achieved these past years. And he was a big part of those achievements too, scoring in huge games. Saying he's better has no validity whatsoever. At best you could say you can see him getting better, but I'd still disagree.

He's very fast and has some nice tricks, a lot of flair and great to look at, but that doesn't win you games. If there's a chance to score a goal, Pedro is there. He someone manages to go unnoticed (even to people watching on the tv sometimes) and all of a sudden he's there to tap it in. He's also a great and fast passer and works extremely hard. Maybe in the future Sanchez will become better, but right now there's too much to prove for him. Players with more hype and potential than him have failed in the past.

You make some good points but Sanchez was consistently good all season against hardened Italian defences whereas Pedro's level of performance dropped terribly ( as did Villa's) after about mid Feb ....I know they both scored in the final but it was really Messi's incredible form and goals that made the difference . As I mentioned he was MVP in the Italian league at 22 ! Seeing of serious competition ...Wesley S , Eto'o , Ibra etc etc
