I'd be a bit surprised if it turns out to be Sevilla, given the timing. (The Christian) Holy Week is something they take very seriously in Andalucia.

Well I would welcome a move that would put another heavyweight team on the La Liga table, though they should by no way change the name to Team Dubai.

Money in the game can be a good thing. I just hope that they are not the next ManC or Chelsea. There should be a salary cap or something that limits a team from spending outrageous amount of money to acquire a player.
Like someone said above, if it breaks the whole vicious cycle of either Barca or RM winning every year and have few more valid competitions, I'm all for it. Tougher the league better it is.

still, this is good for La Liga.

Noisy neighbours would be Alcorcon though... Both the top flight teams haven't got the balls to be that
