Olympique Lyon (also known as Lyon) is a Lyon French football club. They compete in Ligue 1 and are currently the champions of France. Winning the national title 7 years in a row is a record that`s unprecedented in France. They also won 4 French Cups. They play at 41,000 seater Stade de Gerland stadium. Lyon first emerged under the name "Lyon Olympique Universitaire" back in 1899. Lyon also has a women's team with some good international players.

Do you think Källström will start? I hope so, he was definetly the best player on the pitch for Sweden in their last game... There have been rumours that he is wanted in Sevilla

I see chance for barca in those two centrebacks. They are slow, and Henry, Eto'o and Messi are really fast so i think that Cris and Boumsong will have lot of troubles!

Juninho and grosso have been below standard recently havent they?

I think we stand a very good chance against lyon. U seem to still have a big reputation but that was when u had the likes of essien, diarra, coupet, a superb juninho, and so on. U have a strong team now but it is nothing like the team built under houllier.

Last season when we played u at parc des princes neither team was that good and it finished a draw. You may have improved a bit since then, but we have improved MASSIVELY since then. I know pep will not be going into this tie with any sort of arrogance, but it will take something special for lyon to knock out fcb.

They got Lloris and Benzema, and they can both make difference. Lloris with magnificant saves and Benzema with his goals. Lets hope that will not happen.
Ederson is good too, but yes their defense is slow.

yeah I agree the defense is slow very slow lol but the attack is fast XD

well my team is too much bored of Ligue 1, they dont play like in C1 because C1 is another story.

Yea i loved that side. I remember when we signed eddy i was so happy because he was a three-times ligue 1 winner at that point.
