The press from both the capital and Barcelona are pathetic... Diario Sport, Mundo deportivo, Marca, AS... Personally, I rely on Crackovia for more reliable updates in the footballing world.

Some of the crusades coming from the 'caverna mediatica' are beyond explanation. It's almost cute, like looking at a 10 year old trying to fool you. Most recently, the capital press is crying about Pique's fictitious handball before the goal against Villarreal, which I cannot see after looking at the video replay several times... and not to mention a Gijon defender's handball in the box.

A few months ago, they also published a photoshopped still-photo of Alves against Athletic Bilbao with one of their defenders magically and conveniently airbrushed out, just to make the offside seem really clear.

This is the place to call out all the pathetic moves from the press!

Well, this happened in the shakhtar-Barcelona press conference:

An Ukrainian reporter says to Pep: "if you win tomorrow, you'll be in the final"

He misunderstood the question, and he said: "that's correct, if we win
tomorrow, we'll be in the final."

He immediately realized about his mistake, and laughing he said: "i made a mistake, I thought I was already in semifinal. If we win tomorrow we'll be in semifinals obviously. From then on, we have to work very hard if we want to be in the final."

what should be taken as a simple mistake, now is in the front page of Marca,
insinuating (again) that he is arrogant:


"WE ARE IN THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FINAL"(*)
