The Knicks are dead to me. At least a certain Cavs player went to talk to Gallo after the game..
At least Kobe had enough decency to destroy 6'3" "shooting guard" Mayo.
yea raps won vs the hornets, good game by bosh and the defense, i feel sorry for chris paul
The Hornets are so bad the Knicks beat them!Poor CP3 is stuck there for quite a while too.
what?? the knicks beat them  it makes our victory soo hollow now![]()
I dunno what's wrong with Hornets, it seems like they've lost something with trading Chandler. Although Okafor is more than a solid if not even better an acquisition for them, but the way CP3 and Chandler played together was incredible. But, I guess there might be more to this problem than just this trade. I can still remember last year, was it during the playoffs, I can't remember, but when Byron Scott called a time-out and was giving instructions to the team no one payed attention to him... dunno if this is still the case, but they seem like a bunch of confused and lost guys. However, they showed some brilliance against Celtics, especially Stojakovic; Byron Scott was selected a coach of the year, correct me if I'm wrong, but if he's being the Achilles heel of the franchise, then they should replace him. Something similar happened with Toronto Rapotors' ex-coach Sam Mitchell after his having been selected as the coach of the year. They should solve the problem as soon as possible cause it'd be pity to see such a talented group of players losing the season so easily and nonchalantly.

teams have figured out the Hornets. West can be guarded. Peja is a shadow of this former-self. MoPete is a waste of space. Julian Wright has not developed in to the player management thought he would be. Posey is a system player who is very overrated. And that's really their team. it's all on CP3's shoulders, and if you turn CP3 in to a scorer (he's 6 pts above his career scoring avg in 6 games this season) you undermine his effectiveness and you undermine the team.
plus they quit on Byron Scott at some point last season.
I don't know how much of your argument can I regard as reasonable. Maybe the way Scott is leading them makes them so predictable, but you have to be aware that they are one of the most talented group of players in the league; they just need a new captain to take up the reins of the ship.
It's obvious that CP3 is dissatisfied, I wonder why.

absolutely not. They have CP3 and that's it. Everyone else is dependent on CP3 to create their shots. You take away CP3's passing ability and turn him in to a scorer and all of sudden you have your typical one dimensional/one player team. ask anyone who follows the NBA and they'll type what I wrote last post. It's CP3 on that team and a bunch of overrated players who are incapable of taking the scoring/distribution load off of his shoulders.
Maybe this season this dependency became more prominent, but you have to be aware of the fact that a lot of players on the roster made some huge shots and plays last year. Every team has its leader and with the Hornets it may be more palpable that they depend on CP3 to some extent, but it doesn't mean other guys suck. By disposing off Chandler and bringing in Okafor they gained a lot of physical strength below the rim. Unlike Chandler he can make plays for himself, being more capable and resourceful in the paint... My opinion is they need a new coach and they'll start clicking again, I may be wrong, but until they don't do this we won't know, will we?

Okafor is a step up from Chandler yes, and while West was only as good as he was because of CP3, he's still a decent player...that's it. The Hornets have one of the worst benches in the NBA, in fact Paul's backup is probably the worst point guard in the NBA, and this is coming from a fan of a team whose starting PG is Chris Duhon.
The Hornets have no cap space and owners who are can't afford to spend, in a market that only cares about the NFL. I'm sorry but they have no future.
