meh, bannana was on a relatively good team in his first year and did not play 40 minutes as a rookie. if he was on a shit team he would have been averaging 20 points per game in his first season also

I like the man and think he's developing nicely, but he was very one dimensional when he first came into the league. Gallo looks like he has a better handle (he's a few inches smaller, so he should) and is already on the same level as a rebounder. Bargs is still the better player for now.
The Knicks are also very awful.
true, but man i feel super sorry for chris paul
The Hornets are in a horrible position. Chris Paul alone will probably be enough to get them into the playoffs again but their bench is awful and outside of Paul, West (who only looks as good as he does because of Paul) and Okafor they have nothing, and they have no cap room to improve. I can't see Paul demanding a transfer but I can't wait until he moves to a better team.
they had their window 2 seasons ago when west became good but could not beat out the spurs and probably could not beat out the other teams in the west anyway or even in the finals, noo bench at all
The Sac/Chuckphis and Clips/Wolves games are making me realize just how many awful teams there are, wow.
hahaahh, there are som super shit teams in teh league
Seriously, Sac-town/Memphis is like a clinic on how to chuck shots and not defend
Kevin Martinmade the Grizzlies his bitch. I can't wait for Memphis to implode!

I don't know how a Fakers fan could watch them before the playoffs, they basically sleepwalk through the season.
Nash is trying to bail out Phoenix again, they need to dump J-Rich for a defensive minded SG. It will be a miracle if they don't break down by the middle of the season, Amare had a great first half but Nash and Hill still do basically everything, especially in the clutch.
Damn, it's amazing how much better the Suns are without Shaq. Nash for MV3!

but a Lakers fan does.
OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMG KOBE WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?!!?
lucky Kobe didn't get burned there, went for the steal and left Sefolosha WIDE open for three. thankfully he missed.
terrible game by LA. OMG ... Lamar just shot an airball free throw!! GEEEZZ!!
here comes the Zombie Sonics ... Fish allows Sefolosha to get off a three and he misses again.
SLOPPY.
man, just make the playoffs, regular season has no impact on anything, you just got to survive with limited injuries. IMO for basketball and hockey if they want the regular season to mean something they would lower the amount of playoff teams like they do in baseball.
The problem is for most teams that kind of thinking makes you fall behind. As exciting as playoffs are one of the biggest appeals of football for me is that the knockout trophies and seasons are different events.
I would support lowering the amount of playoff teams. It's especially bad in hockey where a team can suck all season and still be a Stanley Cup contender.
the NBA and NHL needs lots of teams in the playoffs, keeps more cities/fans interested in the long run. not every league can be as successfully run as the NFL.
ie Cesc > Tagliabue > Stern > a rock > Bettman > a chair > Iniesta
