At the Allianz you let us have the ball and, as soon as we lost it, hit us on the break.

You had a clear strategy of how to play us that derived from any previous success other teams had against us.

Pretty much yes, but they didn't sit very deep, unlike Chelsea or Inter. They got the ball higher up the pitch, somewhere around the midfield area (our midfield was awful that game). But you're right. Bayern played us the same way Real played them one year later.

Counter-attacking at it's best with intensity, physicality and efficiency at set pieces. What they did to us, Madrid did to them. It was almost the same scenario, except Kassai's awful mistakes at the Allianz from our game

We have the players to win everything this year if we had a top class manager. Lucho is not looking great right now but maybe it will come good like it did with Rijkaard, i hope so.

If the rumours are true and lucho wants to loan out adama too. then FUCKKKK YOU lucho.

WTF? There is no place for him.. Not every decision he makes is a stupid one. He needs to get top division football first otherwise he won't get a single minute in our star studded attack. Every time a rumor comes up people go ''FUCK you lucho'', please think before you say something.

In retrospect, Tata deserves some credit. He was 1 dissallowed goal away from taking the League and played the Cup final. Even the elimination in CL came after we conceded at home against AM from a 35m lucky shot, in a game in which Curtois was arguably MotM. And those things without making transfers. Lucho won't come close to Tata's results most likely.

I agree with all you said, but why a brilliant individual goal is considered lucky?

Yeah tactically Martino is heads and shoulders above Lucho. The problem was that I think he was a bit too soft and cautious, perhaps too nice and humble for such an incredibly toxic job, and as a result didn't take enough risks when it came to starting younger players or stick to his ideas in the system. We played some great football before christmas that if given more time could have matured into something good (certainly way better than Luchos system). He sort of gave up after new years though, and the new system became a lazy mix of possession and weird crossing football, but he still managed to get the team to perform in the big matches. His fitness regime was/is perhaps the biggest problem, but other than that he's a good coach.

What he seems to be doing in Argentina now is exciting, I wish him the best there. :)
