again.. if i had to choose between valverde and enrique i would choose valverde.. enrique was equally clueless. at least valverde has somewhat a defensive awareness.

What is going on with Lucho? Seems he is going to miss Spain's upcoming games due to "personal reasons". He also missed the last set of games. Is he sick?

Why ? what does defensive awareness brings you when you fuck up a lead, with Lucho you would have some chance to win CL because he ain't pussy. On the other hand Valverde tends to bottle it when it matters.

BREAKING: Luis Enrique has stepped down as manager of
the Spain national team for personal reasons.

He will be replaced by assistant coach, Robert Moreno.

I’ll take LE over one-way Valve any day.

It's like managers are cursed once they leave Barca.
Cruyff never coached after being sacked.
Bobby Robson disappointed with PSV
Van Gaal struggled everywhere except Bayern where he was ok.
Antic - sacked, never reached his Atletico glory
Serra Ferrer - sacked here, did ok with Betis again
Rijkaard - practically retired after Barca
Pep - Never repeated Barca success
Tito
Tata - once a respected coach became the laughing stock
Lucho -

Yeah, LVG had success with NT (2nd time) and AZ and Bayern.
But he wasn't recognized as good coach for next 7 years after he was fired in 1st time.
Pep did well too. But I see the overall point Bojan is making
