I kinda like the idea of having Torres or Pato. Torres would have no problem with adapting to the game. On the contrary, Pato is an offensive all-rounder, way cheaper than Torres.

    Ari Gold is my agent.

Pato's got more room for growth as well. I'm sure Pep would relish training Pato into a better player than he already is.

Kezman is free agent now, ZUBI SIGN HIM UP

Watching how the Spurs' big strikers, along with a certain Welshman, were able to create space behind Inter's defenders, reminded me how much we really could use a big strong striker up front...Sure, it was different because Inter would've surely parked the airplane were it Barca but having a big target man is a nice Plan B that does not exist atm

We should really try to get Fernando Llorente! Actually he's quite good technically, he's a brilliant finisher, and most importantly he's big and strong!

Supposedly he has a preference between the big two clubs in Spain...Wonder which one it is

I would rate the likelihood of landing Llorente at slim to none, tbh...Not unless they have some plans for Bojan to be sold or loaned out

I dont know if anyone has mentioned this before but would a basque really want to play for madrid ahead of Barca? if so then i have lost faith in humanity.
I would love to get llorente other strikers mentioned would be great additions but not really options in january. The player who i think would fit into Barca's system more than anyone would be tevez but i think it would be nearly impossible to sign him.

Llorente is from Navarro. Some Basques may think that it is part of the Basque country, but they think that France is part of their country as well! Make of that what you will.

Llorente would be the ideal transfer but I doubt Rosell would release the money needed to fund the transfer. Unless he somehow twists it to go against Laporta again.

haha. What if Laporta and Rosell were stuck in an elevator?

I mean we've to choose a functional choice, not big one.

Remember what Real Madrid had done last year in order to improve their stability in midfield? They could choose many big options, but their choice was Lassana Diara who was an amazing one.

I think we've to do the same and choose an option which is really functional and useful, instead of bringing some player who only can create type of crisis in the team.

I've no idea about the player whom we need, but I'm sure that he has not to be very famous one.
You mean Defoe? (though for La Liga only)

Yeah, Llorente would be ideal, in theory, but the likelihood of this happening in January is nearly nonexistent really

Only chance of a 'Plan B' striker would be a cheap option which would mean a seasoned veteran...Pippo looks to be out of the question but there are others

John Carew on a cheap deal?

I'm no fan of Carew by the way. Just suggesting.
