Yep it cost them around €60mil from what I remember reading somewhere, although that might have included wages etc.

Transfermarkt is awesome, glad they did the English version as well.
So our +/- this season is basically only few million short of 0 as we will receive 24m for Ibra. :)

im still amazed how we basically got Masch + Adriano for Toure. Must be the trade of the century ... unlike the Ibra deal, but at least we also were able to do sth good

They ahve proved they dont know what they are doing. Roque Santa Cruz (or however you spell it) is deemed surplus to requirements, Robinho shipped out and looks like Adebayor and Given will struggle make Mancini's plans. I expect more of the same, a quick incoming and outgoing of players as they strive to piece together some kind of 'dream team'

Very interesting. Love how Villa is still this summer's big move though :D

With the expenditure and revenues though, does that count all transfers or just those going in/out of the league. Because if it's just money and players moving around the summer league that'll bloat the figures somewhat no?

Yes and no, the expenditure increases but so does the revenue, so if it's just a player moving from one English club to another it doesn't affect the total.

Transfer Market is awesome,great to see Cesc in as the 4th player with the most expensive player but we wll struggle to get him if Wenger reads Transfer Market

We didn't get to have all of toure's transfer money though... of the 32, 8m went to his agent. So we didn't get both of the newcomers just with toure's cash!!
