Cruijff, my hero. I even have a national team shirt with his name and 14 on the back. The guy at the sports store was 58-65, and he was so incredibly happy a guy of my age (at the time 15 or so) bought a shirt like that. Together with my Puyol shirt it's my absolute favorite.

Do we have a statue like Kubala etc at Camp Nou? No eh? Might be something for after his passing away, which I hope does not come soon, but he deserves it. You can argue who the best player is in history, but Cruijff is undoubtedly the most influential footballer of all time. No one comes even close.

I absolutely love Cruijff. I really like watching him and listening to what he has to say. He is never scared to share his opinion as well. I don't think he is the best player ever (surely one of the better ones though) but his elegance, tactic skills and personality are what make him amazing for me.
