    I like him now. I didn't before but he was very solid last night and the match before that.

    Apart from the third goal where he was caught out of position, the boy was our best defender last night.

    He has a superb first half,but like most of our players,he looked lost in the 2nd,Not a good performance overall but still I think he has a great future.

    I think he screwed up quite a few times with back passes to the keeper...
    one was like a little dink shot, almost sent in Fabiano (if I recall well), yikes!!!

    Still better than Milito, Alves and Abidal. If Gomez's future lies at Sporting then on account of last night's performance the trio should soon be playing in segunda
