Alfredo Di Stéfano, Real Madrid's greatest ever player and the honorary president, spoke out. "Barcelona's football was simply brilliant," he said in his weekly column. "Their superiority was there for the whole planet to see: the whites were cornered all game. Barcelona play football and dance. They treat the ball with adoration and respect, almost nurturing it. To see this team in action is a delight."
Let's all hail
Anyone else think his second goal had a bit of Thierry Henry in it?![]()
Wenger drools!
Paolo Maldini - "In my opinion, Messi should win the Golden Ball each year. He's an unbelievable player."
can\t belive it was the same tello yesterday who was absolutely horrible in the first leg. maybe just artificial grass didn't suit him.
that second goal was pure henry-esque
Wenger gets hard on( trying to sign him)
What are his chances of getting promoted? We're overdosed on wingers/wing-forwards currently.
"The fans can accept a poor performance but they won’t take it when you choose not to put in the effort." -
God Bless The Hustle
An extraordinary game by a very ordinary player IMO. By far his best game this season. He is very good at running fast and take on people one on one, but Barcelona will not face many games as open as the game vs Hospitalet. Against a normal Primera defence his football intelligence will be far too low. To be honest I don't really see him promote to the first time as he is too limited. I may sound a bit harsh here, but not everybody in La Masia can make it all the way.
I think about all the hype on Deulofeu and I just think Tello is far closer to contributing to the first team than Cristian...Can't recall the last time our left side produced so many goals in such a short period of time
