I will put it this way,it was as spectacular as it was lucky.

Spartak all over Chelski atm, very unlucky for them.

    Basel lead Roma away.

    Ajax lead Auxerre.

    Madrid are done with Milan

    Arsenal are done with Shaktar

    Ajax has finished off Auxerre.

Roma are losing at home to Basel and Marseille are still tied with Zilina.

Arsenal were good to watch tonight. Shakhtar didn't play badly, Arsenal got a lucky first goal and were clinical after that. Some lovely football indeed.

CR's free kick was a joke, pathetic wall. Still referred to as 'perfection' by Rob Palmer on commentary, idiot

Credit to the gooner fans for giving Eduardo a good round of applause when he scored Shakhtar's consolation goal.

oh seriously!? I might have missed but I didn't see even one, mark it ONE pass completed by their mid field! The only hope for them as I could see was Willian, their #10 and even he got subbed at half time. Terrible, terrible display... Though for all that, they at least managed to setup a goal for Eduardo at Emirates and wht a sweet goal that was

In any case,Arsenal are a very good team.Probably the number 2 team in England at the moment.

No denying... They had obviously been the better team by miles apart

But second best in England!? I'd have Mancini and 'Arry talk to you about that

Yeah sure... They have got a more well balanced squad compared to Aarsenal. Take out Fabregas and you are certain Arsenal might crumble, not the case with Tottenham

I think Arsenal are better. But only time will tell.
