Have to agree with you. . . Mikel does a lot for Chelsea and get no recognition whatsoever.

I've always said he's done a pretty good job, he's just not consistent enough sometimes, even now. He'll have a half season where he's our player of the season at that point and then he'll disappear for the 2nd half.

Hasn't been as good in recent years as he was earlier. Not that he's bad but yeah, we could use a more consistent DM.

I think he's superb. He won freaking 8 tackles against Southampton. He just needs a capable partner. A proper defensive midfielder that shields the defense and frees him.

How's Romeu going at Valencia? He's a good player with potential and maybe could do a job rather than spending a bucketload on a big name DM.

Still can't believe how he fluked his goal against us which helped knock us out. We should have been in the final but oh well..the Chinese league is on the rise and he can join the other flop Paulinho as well as Scolari there.

It was a fluke all day long. A wonderful chip and composure from Ramirez, a player who's touch is usually shocking.
