Pique was not solely responsible for the goal. One Sevilla player blocked Pizarro's marker who was Umtiti or Semedo and Pique was the spare man who came late because the corner was really good.

I wouldn't mind him doing that more often. He shook that post like young Roberto Carlos.

I think he got lost in that corner, but he's not totally responsible... Umtiti and Semedo are also to blame there...

Lol what match did ya'll watch he had a great match, better than Umtiti today by far
the corner was a collective fail effort from Umtiti / semedo and pique but those headers usually can't be stopped.

one of Piques better games and somehow people still find hate.. like him dribbling up is apparently bad even though he almost scored the winner by hitting the bar and dribbled past two to make a cross..

now Umtiti almost cost us an early goal and luckily pique stretched to prevent the throughball

In football dead ball goals are 90% pure luck and 10% good execution. I wouldn't blame Pique for that goal even if we had lost the game.

Good game for him, I hope he cleared his head after all those suspensions.

Starting to work, his best game so far this season.

Now just put a "fatty" or "gordito" nickname to Suarez's thread and he'll start to play better as well.
