    I agree it should be Xavi. Had a class year for both club and country. And he is well overdue one of those awards.

    Messi for sure, and people say he didn't perform at the world cup, but he did, it just that his team mates didn't. For his club season though it was brilliant, I couldn't take my eyes off him he was amazing and his goal were quality. Most of Sneijders goals came from deflections, even at the world cup, he was really lucky ALOT.

    but it still have 4 months to go..hope Messi wins it. :-)
