Officially he's been suspended for 5 games, And it includes both la liga matches and copa del ray, So he'll miss the following matches:
Osasuna (la liga), Valenia (cdr), Valencia(la liga), Valencia(cdr), Getafe(la liga)

Apparently bans due to insults toward a referee, Apply across all spain competitions, The same thing happened with coentrao this season when he spat on a referee in getafe match, And ended up missing the super cup match due to the ban and a couple of la liga matches.

So it's pretty much the minimum (4) + the minimum 1 match ban for the red.

What is more surreal in this situation is that Sanchez Arminio, President of refs Committee, just said that Sergio Ramos CALLED him to apologize about the situation and he said he understands him and will not have the ref Ramos insulted(Ayza Gamez) to officiate Madrid games in the near future. This same man said last year that Pique deserved to be baned with extreme severity after a similar situation
