Completely different ligue.

Completely different tactics which does not suit his style of play at all.

No pre season.

Considering all of that, his stats are impressive. Last year people were saying that Modric was the worst transfer. We all know how he plays now.

They contribute in another way!! How many assists does iniesta have this season?

Lets look at facts.

New club, new country, missed pre season and playing for a team built around Ronaldo who has played 21 times (Messi only played 16). So it's been hard for Bale to settle and regain his form of last season but he's done fairly well at it. Neymar too is in a new country and new club but had a great preseason and not hampered as much by his club's top player. Both will be even better next season.
