There you go, 20 better players than Bale... and I have not even mentioned the likes of Neymar, the defenders like Lahm, the ageing stars like Xavi and most importantly the likes of Sergi Busquets who are not hyped by the media

I think we're being a bit harsh on Bale. He definitely has a lot of quality. Sure, he can't dribble like Messi or Neymar but he has a thunderous shot, great pace, and good crossing. He's definitely not worth the money Real Madrid paid but if he avoids injuries and Ancelotti finds a way to integrate him; he'll make a positive impact for Real Madrid.
