He should do something about it then. If he wants to be president he needs to be more active with the socis. Presenting initiatives, etc.

Laporta's comments on Bartomeu and the rest of Junta on his twitter account

Barto and his incompetent board are not making the most of the priviledge of having the greatest player of all time.

Their incompetence can not be tolerated any longer. He and his group should be removed immediately from the club.

It's a disgrace, get out Bartomeu!"

It is really sad that things got personal between the current board and Laporta, can't blame the later tbh since they were the one who dragged him to court and even lost.

Ah shut up for the love of god.
If you had something resembling a project and a decent campaign, You wouldn't have been squashed in the elections.
Instead of blabing in the background constantly, And being nothing more than a bitter opportunistic man, How about next time you actually make some real sporting plans and election campaign, To actually be worthy of a vote.

The problem with Laporta is all he does fucking complain and whine. Everything that comes out of his mouth these days is all negative without ever speaking about possible solutions or direction.

He's even using this Neymar fiasco to conspire for his political agenda.

All talk, no action.

What actions can he do? The only action he can do is to use a petition like Bendito and tbh this is the last thing the club need atm.
He is a big public figure in the club, what those guys do is to speak their mind. And the club followed him in court and he won. You expect him to let it go or something?

His lame project that didn't deserve a voted would probably have worked out better than what we have now.

It's like some don't know laports's personality, but at the very least he is effective with it,& attempts to put the right things at the center of the club.

I want him to take action. At least Benedito is trying to do something and rallying and fighting for a change.

Every time something bad has happens Laporta comes out of shadows goes on a media/twitter tirade about Barca politics and then vanishes again until the next scandal arises.

It really showed in his campaign, when he clearly had done very little planning and relied on panning our current board for all the wrong they've done.

I don't understand how you could possibly think what Benedito is doing is the wrong thing to do, when in fact given the incompetence of our board, it's exactly what a person who wants change should be doing. Speaking his cause and taking action.

Most of the fans had nothing but contempt for Rossel and co through their previous campaign. To lose to the incumbent in such a situation, you've really got to be ashamed of yourself, Laporta. No use crying about it like a little bitch; that's for us fans who can do nothing. You actually have the power for change, and you didn't do shit.

There is no action to be done. Laporta is doing what an opposition should do, to ask the opposition for actions isn't right IMO, it is those who are in charge who need to do actions
And a vote of no confidence? what does it do? more destabilizing the club by a guy who failed to get 4k votes in election? yes let's keep the same board but add more crisis into the club. great, this is an amazing thing to do.
And yeah, he should have had a better campaign, but what he is doing now is the normal thing to do, even if it doesn't satisfy people unrealistic expectations

He didn't help himself, but losing in elections against the guy who lead the club to treble and supported by the media in election that most voters were older people and women?
Barto was going to win no matter what was gonna happen. Laporta was the only guy who became president that wasn't supported by the media in almost 3 decades from what I've read. Their effect is just too strong in the club election, it says a lot when he leaves the club as great as it is and his enemy won by historic record.

If there is someone to look up to now, it is not Laporta, it is Benedito...he is the only one thats actually trying to make something happen with his vote of no confidence, instead of just talking and I hope after the giant failures of the board he has a chance to do.

The reason Laporta has been reluctant to join Benedito with that motion is because he knows it'll fail and that the timing might not be right.

Once that's initiated, you have to wait a full year for it again.
