Pep ?3 year cycle? Guardiola gets figured out though after his 3rd season.... that never happens to other top managers, they just keep winning year after year

Had a rough start of the season, but some of his players have been on massive form. Gundogan, Stones, Dias, Foden, and Bernardo have been great whenever I watched them. Oddly, Gundogan has been better than De Bruyne so far this season. This is some of the best football he's played since 2013.
And Pep has added a degree of pragmaticism in his tactics. Takes more defensive precautions and it did wonders for City.
