Most managers will need great players to win but can still point to Peps spending and some of the shit he comes out with even though he is a great coach.
He is a weird guy and behaves like an arse hole regularly.
Dont moan about PSG winning if they do either if spending doesnt matter much as teams have to.

It's a shame he's such a weirdo. He would be the perfect coach to come back and rebuild in 3 or 4 years after Messi-Busquets-Iniesta-Pique core is gone with Xavi as assistant. Can't shake off the feeling he's holding some sort of grudge against the club though for whatever reasons.

No way,Pellegrini's City was weak. We destroyed them thoroughly. City currently are breaking records playing great football looking like potential cl winners.
Pep is proving he is a All time great coaches to those who doubted him.
He is proving nothing yet. Been 5 years now he coached top sides and has done nothing that Barca should be envious of. Epl is a mess. Second placed team? Mou's United that is abysmal.
I could say more about him as a person and how he treated his "best friend" Tito but it's not worth it.
Pep as Barca coach has my everlasting respect. Post Barca pep can fuck off and choke on oil money as long as I care.

Second in La Liga is a team that went out of CL behind Chelsea and Roma.
Four of the teams City are ahead of won their CL groups and three of those ahead of La Liga teams.
City dominating does not mean the league is a mess and Pep does deserve credit.

Seen what Pep did today with the bench. stuff like that is just annoying.
I know Pep said on and on about how the youth development in England doesn't prepare you much for the PL as well as the Spanish system does for La Liga, but was it really to much to at least call up a youth player to occupy the bench?
It really does send a wrong message that Pep would prefer to spend mega money on a signing like Mahrez than at least give a youth player a chance. It's interesting considering all the money City in general has spent revamping their youth system only for so few players to even get a chance at the main team.
I guess you start to understand why the likes of Marcus McGuane etc are moving abroad. Simply they feel it's better for them to move abroad than to stay in England to develop.

Playing the way they have this season? Not sure as Spurs got the better of them and are below United but a firing Real without a doubt.
Every country has a poor record as Spains top three have been so dominant.
Group stages are relevant to how teams have been this season.

He is a genius manager and has changed football with his Barca side but he still has his faults and acts like a prick.

I think he’s just going to do what he said a few years bac as he has mentioned before that he doesn’t plan to be a manager for decades and descades.
I think Pep is just going to aim for these types of clubs where he can go in, spend a fuck load of money and build a world class team quickly, win a bunch of trophies, make a ton of money himself and then exit.
Fits his life plans very well.
