I would probably react the same. Coming in PL and people are already talking about "quadruples". Totally detached from the reality of the game.
Pep has to adopt and leave his perfectionism aside.

And those are just examples from this season. There have been many top managers who took their new teams to higher level with much worse teams than City and fraction of cash City has at disposal.

I think he only knows how to be succesfull playing one type of way, won't/can't adapt to his players when that style doesn't suit them.
