It must be tough to stay grounded while all the press want to make a god out of you. Particularly when you are young as Pep (for managerial standards). Hope he stays focused till the end

Yeah it suits him. Makes him look even cooler than before.

The good thing about having pep as manager is we can attract great players because they will all want to work under pep. Imagine spending a season under him..u will learn things about the game u didnt even think existed.

Can´t help but laugh my ass off went he´s giving directions to the players from the touch line. His hand and facial expressions are wierd and funny :lol: someone should make a video of it ..

He deserves much more than he currently earns. Right now he only gets a fixed 1 million as salary, and variables (not sure how much) depending on trophies won.

He'll sure be getting alot of 'variables' this season :p
