You can use any apples but normally you use cooking apples, they're quite sour (I love them) so normally they have to be cooked with a sprinkling of sugar.

Someone other than you , as it stands you have the worst taste in Apples (whatever that means )
i can pick brands in cloth , food , booze.. but brands in fruits is just abnormal
Apples are either Red, Yellow or Green (yeah i know no shit sherlock ) so it's a matter of where do they come from (country ) not brand
the best apples i've eaten came from Austria when i was visiting Salzburg
