Gonna be a lot of nazi salutes in the crowd for that one. Keep a look out for Benzema.

Some interesting fixtures tonight, I swear if anybody showed me this a few years ago, I'd have bet my balls its the champions league, thanks to the Mancs thursday nights are almost as interesting as Tuesday/Wednesday nights

    Lokomotiv Moscow vs. Athletic Bilbao
    Ajax Amsterdam vs. Manchester U.
    Lazio v.s Atletico Madrid
    FC Porto vs. Manchester C.
    Stoke C. vs. Valencia

Anything less than a win for valencia would be disappointing IMO. If soldado and co. can get the job done it'd be good chance to shut the prem faces and the likes of andy gray up for good.

Stoke don't have much of a chance to be honest, espescially not at the Mestalla. They could cause trouble for Valencia at the Britannia but overall I think Valencia will prevail.

Stoke is a small club but they are known for the tough game they give at the Britannia.

Especially on a rainy night, we're well aware of that.

it's true though no team will prevail on a windy night at the Britannia.

    There goes the desk.
(...) and Carrick was faced with Xavi and Iniesta coming past him, and Messi in behind him. That’s 3rd, 2nd and 1st in last year’s World Footballer of the Year award forming a triangle around him – he desperately needed help (...)

    - ZonalMarking

Barca hold a key advantage here again, however, where Busquets has carved out a niche in shadowing deep-lying attackers. He knows what they eat for breakfast.

    - Paul Morrissey

Extremely interesting games coming up. I really don't get all the stick that this competition receives from some quarters. Those are some proper European sides right there.

I think Valencia will be more than happy with a score draw tonight. Stoke will be up for it (especially if cold, windy and rainy)

Lokomotiv are a decent side, it won't be easy for the Basques. But I sure as hell want them to go through.

Bilbao v United will be an epic jizzfest. Especially if Bielsa's boys can do it!

    Amunt Valencia!

I'd love to see a Valencia-Man City final, with Los Che coming out victorious. An all-liga final will also do.
