ultras are in every support. in the uk they are 'suppporters clubs/buses' and are not as extreme as the actual ultras.

It's not as bad as in Argentina where Boca's La Doce and River's Los Borrachos del Tablon are basically local mafias. Politicians are always hiring ultras to carry out dirty work for them and provoke violence.
