I don't think it's arrogance, it's just how Ibrahimovic is trying to gather self-confidence. He often have that strange/arrogant stare. But Zlatan has said that O Fenômeno is the greatest player of all time, and that's also why his favourit club has been Inter. So in the video it's not arrogance, Zlatan is having a crush on his idol.
