There are reasons for Barcelona to deny the speculations. We know nothing about the negotiations, one reason could be Arda's wish to be sold for much lower price.

According to Ferran Martinez (MD) Monaco, Galatasaray are interested in Arda and he also wrote that he has an offer from a Chinese club as well in January.

This sounds too good to be true...

But if it is, i think we could manage to get at least 30M on him.
