I still think Spurs will go further than Madrid in the CL though.

Because he fought back and he was one of the very few players who Real Madrid fans felt proud of having, because of his spirit, heart, behaviour and any other possible value. Mentally, he is a very strong individual and I, as a Real Madrid fan, will miss him, because there is no player who possesses these values apart of Casillas and maybe Ramos and Xabi. VdV will be remembered and missed by many fans, but not necessarily for his matches and performances, but for the qualities that he represented.
If you people do not understand it, fine, you don't have to, but it's the simplest explanation that you can get.

Actually, not in an official match for El Tri...Which basically means, he could still play for either Brasil or La Furia Roja going forward...Making matters even more interesting with JDS is the fact that the Mexican FA has issued what can only be described as a warning to the player...That by skipping these friendlies and concentrating on Barca, he runs the risk of being omitted in the future

Fortunately for JDS, he has options...And considering how dysfunctional the Mexican FA are, he might be wise to weigh his options more carefully for the future

    This might be our year

We’re the blue and claret supporters
It matters not where we hail from
Whether it's the south or the north
Now we all agree, we all agree,
One flag unites us in brotherhood.
Blue and claret blowing in the wind
    One valiant cry
We’ve got a name that everyone knows:

    BARCA, BARCA, BAAARCA!!!

Im not saying they will win it and id place ourselves, Bayern, Chelsea, Man Utd and maybe Inter ahead of them but there is always this nagging fear they might get a lucky run or something

"Jose : You can not give the Golden Ball to Iniesta !"

Definitive proof of this vulgar person's senility, hypocrisy, wickedness and downright stupidity...if this forum has any dignity it should cease quoting this black hole of decency...

I am not saying Iniesta should win the Golden Ball, but dismissing a model footballer like Iniesta in this manner is simply disgusting...especially since said footballer was probably THE BEST in 08/09 and one of if not the star of the 2010 World Cup...simply inane...
