I wouldn't fancy having Toni. Even as a sub for Ibra. No thanks. There aren't too many options though. Would have been interesting to see K9 with us this season.

I bet pep would though. Him being friends with Toni from their Brescia days.

I read about that in the Catalan press (I think) so yeah, maybe Pep would be interested. Having another striker to fill in for Zlatan would be great. There's no way he can play every game. He'll either end up being overworked or he'll eventually pick up an injury. Also, I agree about having another midfielder because Keita+Yaya just doesn't work when Andrés is moved out to the left.

I think Pep's too professional to bring in a player just because he's "friends" with him.

Who said he would bring him "only" because they are friends?

That's what you seemed to be saying. You certainly don't give any other reason for Pep wanting him.

we need a striker but seriously, TONI????? the guy has completely lost it, i would like it if we brought Keirrison back because he is not getting any gametime anyway at Benfica.

Toni is a player just like Ibra but less quality. We should buy a number 7. Someone who could offer us something different when coming off the bench. I know we have Bojan but if Ibra gets injured then we cant really start him in a Clasico for eg..

I hope Bojan can fill in that Eto'o role. <_<
