Lol, aint going to make any predictions, to many variables but id love the idea of Xavi moving straight into a coaching capacity at the club after his retirement.

Cesc will be rotating with Xavi
Xavi barely makes sprints...he probably will be able to play into his mid-late 30's like Beckham (unless Xavi snaps his Achilles or something, just saying)
Alves will be in his 30's...I'm not a fan of wingbacks past the age 30 because they lose their pace.
Lucho Enrique will be managing the club with Carles Puyol as a manager for Barcelona B.

I like that...
I don't know how to say about the future Barcelona squad. To be honest, I'm worried because there's not talented midfielder at all after Xavi and Iniesta generation. I think the midfield line must be strengthen if they want to compete at any competition and I don't worry about the strikers. BTW, are Bojan Krkic and Pedro midfielders ?
