Thread: Positive Thinking Cules

  1. #91
    Rested Toure, Messi, Henry.
    Tried Caceres-Pique
    Eto scored twice
    Gave another chance to Hleb

(Do I win some kind of PTC award?)

    Nice going Ray.

Other thing positive is that now we`ll have 8 days of rest. Or better said, no matches this midweek

As i said in the match topic:

    The PTC words are these:

the season is no way near over. Betís were terrible so dont look at the madrid score as them being back to their best...they just beat a shit side. The referee was so bad no player knew what he could and couldnt do..it was a very confusing performance because of the ref. Every team goes through a bad patch during a season..its good ours is now so we have time to recover still. We are fortunate that we had such a great start that we have some cushion to fall back on while we regain our form.

For us to have gone the whole season without a bad patch would have been phenominal. Possibly the greatest european side in history. Ok so perhaps we wont his those heights..but pep is learning and has already shown great potential. We need to win the league and if we do it by going through a bad patch then so be it. The league is not lost whatsoever. Its just that madrid have an iota of hope. I would rather be in this position than the gap narrowed to 2 points. Its seven points people!!

yea I guess 7 points isn´t that bad. Like pep said we can´t win every match and we´re not invincible. I won´t start worrying yet. We created this big gap as a cushion for us, and with a heavy schedule ahead of us we had to use it. It´s just I would have felt so much better if we lost to any team other than Asspanyol :bangHead:
