What the hell is wrong with this board buying players long after they should actually have bought them!
First it was Paulinho whom we should have bought right after Keita left and now it's Willian whom we should have bought when he was still at Shakhtar! We would have saved ourselves the circus of buying Neymar and then getting humiliated by PSG!!

Same with Arthur - assuming Valverde requested him, we could be stuck with another Douglas after Valverde is gone, just because of him and his stupid love for small technical gifted players!
Arthur wasnt requested by Valverde and isnt worth that much amount of money.
That doesn't guarantee anything. Willian isn't irreplaceable for Chelsea. They can easily replace him.
Willian isn't going to be Hazard replacement, in case he stays & Hazard leaves.

Sky just reported it about an hour ago so I'm sure the other sources will be reporting it very soon as well.
Sport are also reporting it now (referencing Sky), but yeah media in Catalunya are beginning to report on it.

If you are mean the progression of this saga (bids 1-3) then yeah MD, Sport, Cope, CatRadio etc have all reported of Barca's desire to sign him through the past few weeks.
