Why we need another RB to roam through the center when there is no RW because of Messi roam in the center?

We need an RB who can provide width. Not add another man to the center.

Well problem with Semedo is that he gets isolated on the right side quite often, because Messi never is there, and Roberto can create plays in Messis area.

Im not against Semedo play Rb, i actually prefer him and rate him highly, but I also am aware why Roberto offers something differently, which can be usefull. The width Semedo creates if often wasted since he has limited options, but his athletism and defensive play still trumphs Robertos by a margin.

Valverde uses one midfielder as a RW to cover for Messi when he drifts centrally. That is why he thinks that by using Roberto as RB, he can cover that spot too. He is wrong though.

imagine bringing this guy on and forcing your only RB to play LB to accommodate him.. yikes. STILL living off his 6-1 goal vs PSG. scary to think hes actually one of the club captains :lol:
