Even worse by bringing in Ferrara. What the fuck? Not that I want Juventus winning the league by a high profile coach but I do want to see competition and talent in the League. One player will motivate another to move.

Mourinho might bring in a lot of new players who might motivate others to come. He did say that he truly found out how lacking Inter is after the defeat in Europe.

Ciro has enough experience as a player he can really be a success ..

the poor transfer policy of the clubs is the reason for the poor quality of seria A. It has been awful in the recent years. This season Inter signed three expensive players, Muntari, Quarezma and Mancini, the latter two were huge flops and made Mourinho look like a fool. Only Muntari proved his worth. Milan signed Senderos on loan, the finished Ronaldinho and Shevchenko, Flamini couldn't settle as midfielder so he was moved to the right back, Borrielo was unlucky to suffer a serious injury, maybe only Zambrotta settled in the area and fitted into Ancelotti's system.
Juventus transfers were bad too, only Amauri's transfer was valuable, Mellberg, Poulsen, Knezevic are not good enough even for a midtable serie A team.
Roma signed the slow and clumsy Baptista, Menez is a disappointment too, Riise was ok, but that didn't help much.

Only Fiorentina have improved their team. Filipe Melo is fantastic, Stevan Jovetic the youngest ever Partizan captain shows a leadership skills at young age, and Gilardino also had a great season.

Lazio did well they got Zarate, Lichtsteiner and as a result won the cup.

Apart from his two goals in the away game with Bordeaux he did nothing in the CL. In the home game with Arsenal he missed sitters which cost Roma's game. In poor Serie A he still can't reach 10 goals. His goal drought is one of main reason for Roma's failure in their CL bid. Yes he's a good player, but too slow and he has to prove a point.

If Poulsen was good for Sevilla he should've been good enough for Juve.

I'll watch this purely out of respect for Maldini. I have little interest in Serie A.

I have some money on allegedly fixed match in Verona + Juve at their feeder club Siena.
Maldini retiring is a sad day for football. Italy will wait a long long time before they`ll find such a role model again.
