Wouldn't know, when I diet I just don't eat.

Sport i'm in is cycling so putting on muscle weight is not good, not in the upper body, its best to be light as possible.

I think my weighing pad is not accurate though, i'm very light for my height, but you don't look to be so much taller or heavier. I am underweight though, I have problems for this, but I don't think that much

Its why at school they got me into cycling, I think also to protect the knees of the football players Light body with long legs was better suited for mountain climbs on tour bike, slim shoulders was good for the aerodynamics in descents also. Still cycle alot for fun now, but not on mountains anymore of course.

i used to be 55k when i was in 2nd/3rd year of university... then sorta took it upon myself to feed myself when i wasnt hungry and now, sorta love feeling generally more healthy.

though my goal is definitely 77kgs cause after that my small framed body cant handle more weight without looking obese.

jordan, i dont think its anarexia because i was in similar shoes... your body just metabolises food too fast + you just dont feel hungry so you never gain any weight. though, i miss my sexy six packs.

Well, yes to be honest. I always had this fear since I was a teenager, and always had problems with what I eat because of that, and a few months ago it gave me more serious problems for my health. But I know its a problem, and am working for it.

Bloody metal pole fell on my head today, left a nasty bruise. I get Friday off with pay though! Booya!! Have to work Saturday, but only half a day or so. Can't believe I finished at 5 today, first time in probably a month? Or 3 weeks.
